Terms of Service
Last updated on April 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated under the brand DammruVani and the services delivered through it. The website and services are operated by Shouryakriti, a legal entity based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. By accessing the website, creating an enquiry, booking a consultation, downloading an asset, or otherwise using any part of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website or services.
1. About Us
DammruVani is a brand of Shouryakriti, an entity organised and operating in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. References to "we", "us", "our", or "DammruVani" in these Terms refer to Shouryakriti acting through the DammruVani brand. References to "you" or "your" refer to any natural person or legal entity that accesses the website or engages our services.
2. Nature of the Services
DammruVani provides advisory and educational services rooted in the traditional sciences of Jyotish (Vedic astrology) and Vastu (the science of space), along with related digital assets, written reports, custom consultations, and bespoke offerings. Our services are intended for personal reflection, planning, and informational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional advice in fields such as medicine, mental health, law, finance, accounting, real estate, or engineering. You should always consult an appropriately qualified professional before making decisions in those domains.
We do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome from following our recommendations. Astrological and Vastu insights are interpretive in nature, and the value derived from them depends on many factors that are outside our control.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use the website or to purchase any service or asset. By using the website, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Bookings and Consultations
When you submit a consultation enquiry through the website, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. We will respond to confirm availability, scope, and applicable fees. A booking is considered confirmed only after we have acknowledged it in writing and, where applicable, you have completed the required payment.
Consultations are typically delivered remotely through video conferencing, telephone, or written report, depending on the service. Specific deliverables, session lengths, and turnaround times are described on the relevant service page or in our written communication with you.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for our services are listed on the website or quoted to you in writing for custom engagements. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added at the prevailing rate. Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways and are subject to those gateways' terms and conditions.
6. Refunds and Rescheduling
Because our services involve the allocation of expert time and the preparation of personalised analysis, fees once paid are generally non-refundable. We will, however, consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. Rescheduling of a confirmed consultation is possible if requested at least forty-eight hours in advance, subject to availability. Failure to attend a confirmed session without notice may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
7. Digital Assets and Downloads
Certain assets such as PDF guides, e-books, and recorded webinars may be made available for download or streaming, either free of charge or for a fee. All such assets are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any of our assets without our prior written consent. Due to the nature of digital deliverables, paid downloads are non-refundable once access has been provided.
8. Intellectual Property
