Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers everything sold on dammruvani.com and on DammruVani Play (play.dammruvani.com) by Charika Private Limited, which runs the brand DammruVani. Every purchase is a single payment. Nothing renews and nothing is charged later, so there is no subscription to cancel.
1. Written reports
This covers the Gochar plans (Business, Career, Relationships and Peace of Mind, for 2 months, 6 months, 1 year or 10 years), the Family Analysis and Prashna Nirnay.
- Before work starts: you can cancel for a full refund. Work starts when an astrologer begins reading your chart. If you are not sure whether it has started, ask us and we will tell you.
- After work starts: a report is prepared for you alone, from your own chart, so a refund is not automatic. A member of our team will review your request and decide it case by case.
- After delivery: the same applies. Within 7 days of delivery you may also ask one free clarification on your report, answered in writing.
2. Delivery time
We deliver every written report on WhatsApp as soon as it is ready. If yours is taking longer than you expected, a member of our team will reach out on WhatsApp. A delay does not by itself entitle you to a refund. A person will look at what happened and decide the right resolution with you. If work on your report has not yet started, you can still cancel for a full refund as set out in section 1.
3. Wrong birth details
Please check your date, time and place of birth before you pay. If you notice a mistake, tell us before work starts and we will correct it at no cost. Once work has started, the report is read on the details you gave. A fresh report on corrected details is a new purchase, and a mistake in the details you entered is not a reason for a refund.
4. ₹51 Gochar guides
A Gochar guide is a digital download, delivered the moment your payment is confirmed. Once it has been delivered it is non refundable. We will refund it if you were charged more than once, or if the download fails and we cannot fix it for you.
5. उत्सव कुंडली 2026 / Hindu Festive Kundli Guide 2026
Utsav Kundli 2026 (the Hindu Festive Kundli Guide 2026) is a personalised PDF, in Hindi or English as you choose when you pay, made automatically from the birth details you enter, and emailed to you about 10 minutes after payment (with a confirmation email straight away), along with a calendar file. Because it is made for you and delivered automatically, it is non refundable once it has been delivered. The one exception: if the PDF does not reach you, tell us and we will resend it, and if we cannot get it to you we will refund it in full. Section 7 (payment errors) also applies. Please check the birth details and email address before you pay; a PDF made on details you entered wrongly is not a reason for a refund.
उत्सव कुंडली 2026 आपके दिए जन्म विवरण से अपने आप बनने वाली हिंदी PDF है, भुगतान के बाद तुरंत पुष्टि ईमेल आता है, और लगभग 10 मिनट में PDF कैलेंडर फ़ाइल के साथ आपके ईमेल पर पहुँचती है। यह आपके लिए बनती है और अपने आप भेजी जाती है, इसलिए भेजे जाने के बाद पैसा वापस नहीं होता। एक अपवाद: अगर PDF आप तक नहीं पहुँचती, तो हमें बताइए, हम दोबारा भेजेंगे, और फिर भी न पहुँचा पाएँ तो पूरा पैसा वापस। दो बार पैसा कटने पर धारा 7 लागू है। भुगतान से पहले जन्म विवरण और ईमेल एक बार जाँच लें; ग़लत भरे विवरण पर बनी PDF धनवापसी का कारण नहीं है।
6. DammruVani Play ₹101 reports
A ₹101 Phaladesh report on DammruVani Play is made automatically for your kundli and shown on screen the moment your payment is confirmed, and it stays in मेरी कुंडली (My Kundli) in your account. Because it is made for you and delivered at once, it is non refundable once it has been shown. The exception: if your payment went through but the report does not appear, first open मेरी कुंडली, where it usually shows up within a few minutes; if it still is not there, tell us and we will fix it, and if we cannot, we will refund it in full. Section 7 (payment errors) also applies. A report is read on the birth details saved in your kundli, so please check them before you pay; a report made on details you entered wrongly is not a reason for a refund.
डमरूवाणी Play की ₹101 फलादेश रिपोर्ट आपकी कुंडली के लिए अपने आप बनती है और भुगतान होते ही स्क्रीन पर खुल जाती है, फिर मेरी कुंडली में रहती है। यह आपके लिए बनती है और तुरंत मिल जाती है, इसलिए खुलने के बाद पैसा वापस नहीं होता। एक अपवाद: अगर पैसा कट गया पर रिपोर्ट नहीं खुली, तो पहले मेरी कुंडली खोलिए, रिपोर्ट आम तौर पर कुछ मिनट में वहाँ आ जाती है; फिर भी न दिखे तो हमें बताइए, हम ठीक करेंगे, और न कर पाएँ तो पूरा पैसा वापस। दो बार पैसा कटने पर धारा 7 लागू है। भुगतान से पहले कुंडली का जन्म विवरण एक बार जाँच लें; ग़लत भरे विवरण पर बनी रिपोर्ट धनवापसी का कारण नहीं है।
7. Payment errors
If you were charged twice, or money left your account but no order was confirmed, write to us and we will refund the extra or failed amount in full. A payment that fails at your bank is usually reversed automatically by your bank or by Razorpay, our payment provider.
8. How to ask for a refund
Write to us at office@charikalabs.com or on WhatsApp at +91 96173 65533 with your name, the product, the payment reference from your Razorpay receipt (for a DammruVani Play report, the payment ID shown on the receipt at the end of the report) and the reason. We acknowledge every request within 48 hours. Every refund is reviewed and issued by a person; there are no automatic refunds.
9. How refunds are paid
An approved refund goes back to the payment method you used, through Razorpay. It usually reaches your account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
