Terms of Service

These Terms apply when you use dammruvani.com or DammruVani Play at play.dammruvani.com, or buy anything from DammruVani, a brand of Charika Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By paying for a product, or by logging in to DammruVani Play, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and our Disclaimer.
1. Who we are
DammruVani is a Jyotish tech company and a Unit of Charika Private Limited (CIN U96906MP2026PTC086014), registered office C-22 Bittan Market, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
2. What we sell
- Gochar plans for four life areas (Business, Career, Relationships and Peace of Mind), each for 2 months, 6 months, 1 year or 10 years. A written report on how the transits fall on your own chart over that period.
- Family Analysis: a written report reading 3 to 4 charts of one household together.
- Prashna Nirnay: one question, answered in a written report.
- ₹51 Gochar guides: a written guide to one transit pairing, as a digital download. A guide is general to that transit. It is not read from your chart and needs no birth details.
- DammruVani Play (play.dammruvani.com): free, you apply the idea of a DammruVani video to your own kundli and see a short result. Paid, a ₹101 Phaladesh report on that video for your kundli, shown on screen as soon as your payment is confirmed and kept in मेरी कुंडली (My Kundli) in your account.
The price, what is included and the delivery time are shown on each product page and again at checkout. That is the offer you accept when you pay.
3. One payment, nothing recurring
Every purchase is a single payment in Indian Rupees. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay; nothing is added later and nothing renews. We do not sell subscriptions. No product includes a live call or consultation.
4. Payment
Payments are taken by Razorpay on its own secure payment page, under Razorpay's terms. Razorpay sends your receipt by SMS and email. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials. An invoice from Charika Private Limited is available on request.
For a DammruVani Play report, a payment receipt (order and payment references, amount, date and time) is shown at the end of the report. No GST is charged on Play reports at present, so the receipt is a proof of payment, not a tax invoice.
5. How a report is made and delivered
- You give your details and birth details at checkout, then pay.
- For a written report, a certified astrologer reads your chart. Software is used only to compute the planetary positions accurately.
- Your report is a written PDF, delivered on WhatsApp as soon as it is ready. If yours is taking longer than you expected, a member of our team will reach out on WhatsApp.
- A ₹51 Gochar guide is delivered as an instant download once your payment is confirmed.
- A DammruVani Play result or ₹101 report is put together automatically. Our software computes your chart and, according to the placements in it, picks text that our team has written in advance from the DammruVani knowledge base. No astrologer reads your chart individually for a Play result or report. The report appears on screen as soon as your payment is confirmed; it is not sent as a PDF or on WhatsApp.
6. Your DammruVani Play account
- You log in with your WhatsApp number and a one-time code we send to it on WhatsApp. Use only a number that is yours, and do not share the code with anyone.
- Everything done while you are logged in is treated as done by you. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us at once.
- Please do not use automated tools on Play, try to reach other people's data, or disrupt the service. We may suspend an account that does.
- You can ask us to close your account at any time; see our Privacy Policy for what we delete and what the law requires us to keep.
7. Your details
A report is only as accurate as the birth details it is read on, so please check them before you pay, and before you apply a video on DammruVani Play. If you give the details of another person, such as a family member, you confirm that you have their permission to share them with us. What happens when details are wrong is set out in our Refund Policy.
8. Nature of guidance
Jyotish is an interpretive tradition. Our reports are offered for reflection and planning. They are not medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice, we do not guarantee any outcome, and every decision you take remains your own. Please read our Disclaimer.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under Indian law to buy from us or to use DammruVani Play.
10. Your report is for you
A report or guide you buy is licensed to you for your personal, non commercial use. Please do not resell, republish or share it publicly without our written permission.
11. Intellectual property
The DammruVani name, the damru mark, our method, software and content belong to Charika Private Limited or its licensors.
12. Limitation of liability
Our products are provided as described on the product page. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on our guidance. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question.
13. Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version in force when you paid applies to that purchase. The date at the top shows the latest change.
16. Grievance and contact
For any complaint, write to the Grievance Officer, Charika Private Limited. We acknowledge within 48 hours and aim to resolve within 30 days.
